A brief biography that outlines my educational and professional journey. My background in Aeronautical Engineering, coupled with years of experience in the aerospace and inspection industries, has equipped me with valuable skills and a strong foundation to excel in various roles within these fields.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University. This educational background ignited my passion for the aerospace industry and set the stage for my career in the field.
After completing my education, I embarked on a career in aerospace, initially working as an A&P Mechanic and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspector. These early roles allowed me to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the intricacies of aerospace systems and inspection techniques.
For over a decade, I contributed my expertise to Acuren, a prominent company specializing in inspection services. During my tenure, I started as a Level II Radiographer and steadily advanced through the ranks. I held positions as Lab Supervisor, Division Sales Manager, and Division Manager. These experiences not only honed my technical skills but also allowed me to develop leadership and management capabilities.
Subsequently, I transitioned to Gecko Robotics, where I assumed the role of Sales Director. At Gecko Robotics, I was tasked with building a high-performing sales team and establishing robust sales processes. I also played a pivotal role in formulating the company’s go-to-market strategy and marketing initiatives within the Oil and Gas sector.
After my tenure at Gecko Robotics, I joined Metallurgy NDT, a startup specializing in Advanced Ultrasonics for non-destructive testing. My contributions to this startup further expanded my knowledge and expertise in the field of NDT.
Most recently, I was recruited to work for HUVR Data, a startup SaaS company that specializes in Inspection Data Management Software. In this role, I focused on selling advanced software solutions to streamline inspection processes and data management.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique skill set that encompasses technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and a strong aptitude for sales and business development.
I am excited to continue my professional journey, leveraging my skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to find solutions for R-CON’s clients and future clients.
