D-90G is a dry developer powder used with Sherwin "RC" and "HM" designated flourescent penetrants. It amplifies the location of cracks, pores, and similar flaws by multiplying fluorescent brilliance. It also assists penetrant re-bleed back to the part surface, and stabilizes indications. The product m eet low-sulfur, low-halogen, and low-sodium requirements. -

Water Suspendible is a powdered mixture of white particles, inhibitors and wetting agents which is mixed before use with water to form a suspension of white particles. After application, it dries to a uniform white powder coating, and under black light inspection, reveals the location of cracks, pores, and similar surface flaws.
